Odd Art: The Revenge
This velvet masterpiece of vivid pathos was painted by an anonymous (and possibly embarassed) artist. The striking imagery and social commentary are truly a sight to behold-- perhaps a subtle reference to the postmodern agony of urban life, or possibly a subconscious manifestation of the artist's inner demons.
No matter.
The important thing is that this amazing work is available for us all to study and admire.

I'd hazard a guess that the artist's innder demons had a few too many tacos by the distressed look on its face.
Is that a hypodermic syringe on the floor? What's the symbolism of that?
Truly an inspired work.
rainypete: yeah, it looks like he's been there for a while
larry: yep. I guess drugs really are satanic.
Looks like a few programmers I know.
He seems vaguely familiar.
Now we know why cats, dogs, horses, etc. don't use toilets...holding your tail up on the john must be a real pain in the ass, especially w/o opposable thumbs.
Also, did you notice that the subject has grinch feet?
smoking, intraveneous drug use, and leaving the toilet paper roll on the floor = satanic constipation
moos: you must get around
jpr: you are quite the observant young man
Brenda: that must be why he's crying...
This could. quite possibly, be the artist's reindition of the aftermath of a trip to Mexico....
For some reason, maybe the coloring, I really DO like the painting!
Now I just need a red and black velvet decor bathroom to put it in...
I really need to get an art education because I thought the artist was commenting on all the demons out there that are a pain in the ass, doctors (syringe), news media (cigarette), and lawyers (you would have to get the demon to move to find the substance representing them). Sigh.
