This work by the Russian painter Victor Mikhailovich Vasnetsov depicts the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: War, Famine, Pestilence and Death. The little known Fifth Horse(wo)man represents L, who is not pictured.

Unfortunately, the artist ran out of room. Posted by Hello

i've never been quite sure that Death gets a good deal, as he has to visit everyone on the planet, while the other three horesmen can kind of pick and choose. i mean, pestilence could get away with saying stuff like, "i made pee-pee in the water supply" or "i sent some fleas to X" etc. i definitely think pestilence could be very lazy in all this.

pinhut... frankly if you're going to accuse any of the five horsepeople of laziness, then clearly "L" - who couldn't even make it to the photoshoot on time (probably overslept again!) - is the one to single out.

Besides, famine has it easier than pestilence. He just needs to arrange for the absence of something. How hard can that be?

Jim, how DO you know me so well? I do oversleep rather a lot, I'm afraid. Plus, I'm a sloth.
